Note 1: Some HD video sources may have HDCP protection, you cannot get the pass through video and record it.
Note 2: For PS4, it has disabled HDCP option for firmware 1.7 or later.
Note 3: Disable HDCP option is only for game play, not for blue ray DVD play.

FAQ
Q1: Cannot record PS4 video?
A: Please make sure that the product is connected with PS4 correctly and in the state of Power On, and then confirm the firmware version of PS4 host. If the firmware version is below 1.7, it will not be able to record video due to PS4 with HDCP protection. If the firmware version is above 1.7, please enter “Go Settings” to see if “Enable HDCP”, and you need to disable HDCP function before recording (Disable HDCP option is only applicable to Game, and does not apply to Blu-ray DVD playback).
Q2: Cannot record PS3 video?
A: Please make sure that the product is connected with PS3 correctly and in the state of Power On, and then check whether the PS3 host is set correctly. Setup steps: Go to the settings - Video output settings - choose “Component/D-Terminal”, resolutions setting, make sure the “1080P” option is NOT be ticked, otherwise some game play (e.g. GT5) cannot be recorded by this capture.
Q3: When recording images of notebook, can only record video but cannot record audio?
A: Please note that the sound of computer outputs from the built-in speaker, so you can not record the sound, and you need to make the following settings: Right mouse clicks a “small speaker” icon in the bottom right corner of the computer, select “play device”; After connecting correctly to the computer, the name of the capture card will be displayed in the “play device” window, and just set the capture card as the default device. 
Q4: Cannot record video of any devices?
A: Please check if the input video source is disconnected; whether the USB flash memory is insufficient; whether the USB flash memory format is supported (only supports FAT, FAT32 and NTFS; does not support exFAT); whether the USB flash memory is ready for work (10 seconds after plugging).
